Terms & Conditions

Terms governing access to and use of Global Computers websites, applications, authentication journeys, and publicly available materials.

Effective date: 15 August 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using a Global Computers LLC website or service that links to these Terms, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use a service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.

2. About our services

Global Computers provides information about enterprise architecture, digital transformation, shared enterprise services, authentication, integration, monitoring, orchestration, government service acceleration, and related professional services. Public website descriptions are informational. Project scope, deliverables, service levels, licensing, fees, security responsibilities, and acceptance criteria are governed by the applicable signed agreement.

3. Accounts and authentication

Some applications require authentication through an approved enterprise, national, external, or Google identity provider. You must provide accurate information, protect your account and device, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You must not share authentication tokens, bypass security controls, impersonate another person, or attempt to access an application or information without authorization.

Where Google OAuth is offered, Google authenticates the user and provides information according to the consent screen and our Privacy Policy. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s applicable terms.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the website or services unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
  • Introduce malware, harmful code, automated abuse, spam, denial-of-service activity, or excessive requests.
  • Probe, scan, reverse engineer, circumvent, or interfere with security, authentication, access controls, availability, or monitoring except under written authorization.
  • Attempt to obtain another user’s credentials, session, personal information, or confidential data.
  • Copy, modify, or commercially exploit protected content or software except as permitted by law or a written agreement.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Global Computers owns or is authorized to use the website design, text, graphics, logos, software, architecture materials, publications, and other content. You may view and download publicly offered materials for legitimate internal evaluation and reference, retaining all notices. No ownership, source-code right, trademark licence, or commercial reuse right is granted unless expressly agreed in writing.

6. Third-party services and links

Our services may interact with third-party identity providers, communication channels, payment providers, maps, government systems, or external websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability, but we remain responsible for our own processing and contractual duties.

7. Availability and changes

We work to maintain secure and reliable services, but public website access may be interrupted for maintenance, security response, provider failure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. We may update, suspend, or discontinue public features. Contracted production services remain governed by their applicable agreements and service levels.

8. Disclaimers

Public content is provided for general information and does not constitute legal advice, a binding proposal, an implementation specification, or a guarantee that every described capability is available in every environment. To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Global Computers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the public website. Liability relating to contracted services is governed by the applicable agreement. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, private keys, confidential government information, or unnecessary sensitive personal data through public forms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, data, or legal rights; investigate misuse; comply with law; or enforce an applicable agreement. Users may stop using a public service at any time and may request eligible personal-data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Subject to any mandatory legal process or agreed dispute mechanism, disputes concerning the public website will fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Oman.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by publishing the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means the revised Terms apply.

Questions may be sent to ContactUs@GlobComOm.com or addressed to Global Computers LLC, Al Khoud 6, Building 3234, Way 5353, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
